For the eighth edition of the fermate Classical Music Festival in August 2026, we will once again take our cue from the annual theme of the Rhineland-Palatinate Cultural Summer, and this time we will bring to life the music of the “Golden Twenties” of the 20th century in all its colorful diversity.

Four weeks of open-air media art: at the SCHLOSSLICHTSPIELE Light Festival, Karlsruhe becomes a stage for projection mapping, illuminations and light-based performances. The highlight: the spectacular 3D projections on the palace façade – free to enjoy.

Enjoy a lively folklore evening, organized by the Pays de Seltz-Lauterbourg Tourism Office, on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the hangar on the Saint-Étienne sports field in Seltz. Starting at 6 p.m., there will be tarte flambée, Alsatian sausage salad, and drinks; starting at 8 p.m., the folk group D'Sauer Bieber from Morsbronn-les-Bains will provide entertainment.
