What remains of those days? What is it like today? – We are now well into the 2020s, a decade that is different, yet also marked by crises. Issues such as AI and climate change are also on the minds of artists. The 32nd Germersheim Cultural Summer addresses these themes in its varied programme and incorporates the theme into its cultural events. In the historic setting of the ‘Hufeisen’ cultural centre, as well as at the city’s significant buildings, visitors can experience culture in bite-sized doses – diverse, vibrant and intergenerational.
Whether concerts, readings or atmospheric music: the programme connects the past and the present in an inspiring way.
